Yesterday,,,and thoughts

{I thought this is a Monarch butterfly,,,but I could be wrong}

Sometime in the near future I will put a collection together on RockYou.com. As I was searching for this picture thinking it is my favorite I realized I like them all,,,and some are pretty good. This one I have not enlarged but perhaps I will. I posted yesterday a lengthy post and it is not there,,,where it is I have no clue. But perhaps it is for the best that the content is gone. The day went good until I went up to the "Home" and got reprimanded by a P. Tech...for those that don't know,,that is a person that is not even trained as a nurses aide,,,They just get towels,,,clean tables,,,perhaps assist with feeding patients but I have never seen this one do that. Me,,I talk to all the patients with a smile and get them to laugh or eat,,and yes I cut up food and,,and assist in eating,,,or wheel some one back to their room. The CNA's (certified nurses aides ) Love me,,as do the RN's and the patient's. I am certified and have been long before you needed to be certified working with the Health Department,,over 20 years ago. This tech asked me my qualifications and also stated that there is a lot of people with ill motivates behind their idea of helping,,,she was rude and if she was 10 years younger I would have slapped the bitch. I told her people like her scare me,,,for even thinking like that what is her motive. She said I am surprised no one turned me into the Nurse supervisor. As said only a person like you would. She said I did 2 weeks ago I am surprised they didn't speak to you. I asked her her name and title,,,she said why you going to turn me in? I said yes.,,,I couldn't slap her being older than I. I reported it to the Nurse Supervisor who thanked me for being such a great Volunteer,,,and she will speak with her,,,which she did. Of course I being very sensitive was on the verge of tears,,,I might have let them fall,,,All the RN's said pay no attention to her. But it bothered me. And next time I see her if she even says Hi- or I am sorry I am going to give her the evil eye. When I was in the first or second grade..I remember watching the Jerry Lewis telethon on TV,,,and feeling very sorry for those poor crippled people,,,and when I went to school I recall how the kids were imitating the handicap,,,I just got sick and went to the nurse,,and was sent home. I could never hurt some one that needed help,,,have it be physical or mental. You do not know the steps people have to walk or overcome,,And not every one in this world is cruel and cold. Yes I am one of those people that believe there is more good than bad,,,I am not stupid and can tell the difference and have patience beyond the average person. I have worked in my field for well over 20 years,,and combining the sick with the "mentally and physically challenged,,,and geriatric. But my patience falls short when it comes with ignorant or mean people. Dam I went on a yadda,yadda,,that was longer than the post I lost,,,LOL,,,ok,,gives ya something to think about---Happy Trails for now!!!********************************************************** Save the earth, it is the only planet with chocolate!****************
